Shipping and delivery

All orders are processed within 3-5 days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

We ship all orders via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or text (if provided).

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or incorrect deliveries caused by USPS once the package has been shipped.

If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, you must contact USPS directly to open a claim.

Any shipping-related issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery status update so we can assist where possible.
