Terms and conditions

  1. By placing an order with CrunchLuxe, you agree to all terms and conditions outlined below. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
  2. All CrunchLuxe products are made and packaged with care. Due to the nature of our products, slight variations in appearance, texture, or packaging may occur.
  3. All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds. If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery so the matter can be reviewed. Any concerns reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
  4. All orders are processed within 3-5 days. We ship via USPS (United States Postal Service). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number. CrunchLuxe is not responsible for:
  • Delays caused by USPS
  • Lost or stolen packages after shipment
  • Incorrect shipping addresses entered by the customer
    If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive your package, you must contact USPS directly to file a claim. Shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery status update.
  1. CrunchLuxe respects your privacy. Any personal information collected (such as name, address, phone number, and email) is used strictly to process and ship orders. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information with third parties, except when necessary to fulfill your order (such as USPS or payment processors).
  2. All payments must be completed at checkout before an order is processed. We accept approved payment methods listed at checkout.
  3. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. CrunchLuxe is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  4. By purchasing from CrunchLuxe, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
